These costumes are intended primarily for dance and/or ritual use, NOT for Halloween and dressup! If you intend to purchase a costume, please do so with full respect.
I take particular care when creating the belts on the mask and tail sets. Rather than a simple strap sewn to a tail I stitch the tail into a doubled-over leather belt so that the end is coated in leather, and then add braided leather extensions. The design is strong and very comfortable for the wearer--it is made so as to not cut into the flesh and to prevent the tail from being easily torn from the belt.
Totemic dance is a large part of my personal practice; I hope that these costumes bring you as much connection as I have had with my own.

Full wolf dance costume - I started with a very thick-furred brownish grey wolf skin with lots of black guard hairs (no legs) and added deerskin ties at the throat, shoulders and thighs (or waist if you're exceptionally tall). The skin is 71" long from nose to tail, and fit me well with lots of room to spare (I'm 5'4"). He'll be a good wolf for dancing, and deserves to go to a good home. $225.00

Full deer dance skin - I took a whole whitetail deerskin (from shoulders to tail) and made it into a dancing skin. There are straps at the shoulders/neck (as in a cape), then ones to bind around the arms, and others to tie around the thighs (or if you're really, really tall, around the waist). The skin measures about 48" long from tip to tail; it's actually a bit large on me though I can adjust it as needed (I'm 5'4") so it could fit a decent spectrum of people. $100.00

Bobcat dance tail - I put a 6 1/2" long bobcat tail on a 60" braided deerskin belt; it's a very nice dancing tail, and the soft deerskin should be quite comfortable. $20.00

Fox dance tail - Someone along the line dyed a 15" long Arctic fox tail a very dark brown with a slight burgundy tint. I gave the tail a 73" black braided leather belt, ready for dancing! $25.00

Coyote dance set - The headdress for this set is a 9" long coyote face with the ears perked, and with leather ties to tie under the chin (the eyes aren't quite large enough for a mask). There are a couple of small bare patches of skin, but they're mostly hidden by the rest of the fur. The matching tail is 16" long (not from the same coyote) and is on a 64" braided golden and brown leather belt. $35.00/set

Fisher tail/necklace dance set - I took a tail and leg skin from the same dark brown fisher pelt and made them into a dance set. The tail is 8" long and is on a 47" black deerskin belt. The leg skin on the necklace is about 9" long and still has claws. It has black deerskin 16" necklace strings. $20/set.

Raccoon mask/tail dance set - The mask on this set is missing the nose, but is no less ready for dancing! It measures 6" across and has leather strings to tie it on over the head (too small to be a true mask for a human). The tail is 10 1/2" long and on a 57" long braided leather belt; the back piece of the belt has brown painted pawprints on it. $25.00/set.
