The beads, findings and pendants in the jewelry I create comes from a variety of sources. I enjoy barter quite a bit, and I will often barter with other artists for their "leftovers". I also buy used jewelry (including broken jewelry) from thrift stores and disassemble it. Occasionally something that used to be in my personal collection will end up repurposed for my artistic works.
I use almost exclusively non-plastic beads. My primary materials include glass, bone, horn, wood, and ceramic.
