My standard form of shipping is USPS priority mail or first class for within the United States. Outside, I will ship air mail. Insurance and delivery confirmation are available upon request and at your cost, and are required for orders over $100. If you do not opt for insurance for orders at or under $100 you are liable for any losses due to mail mishandling/theft. The post office has been very good to me in the decade I've been using it, but there have been a very, very small number of incidents. Every time the item has been insured, the post office has paid up.
I offer free repairs on everything I make, no matter how ridiculous the cause of damage (the dog ate it, I dropped it down the drain, people threw red paint on me, etc.) Just mail it to me and I'll repair it free of charge. I also will repair items made by others for a reasonable fee--this includes not only artwork and beadwork but also fur coats, capes and leather items.
